Hi everyone, I’m Julia!
I found Pilates while studying nursing, and it quickly became my escape from the chaos of school. What started as a way to unwind turned into something so much more.
Pilates helped me become more confident, present, and connected to my body—and the physical benefits were just a bonus. I was so inspired that I dove deeper into the practice and got certified through the pilates course.
Now, I get to teach what I love! My goal with every class is to help you feel strong, grounded, and just a little better than when you walked in. Can’t wait to move with you!
