Hi, my name is Michelle Pagliaro and I am elated to heal our minds and bodies together through pilates.
My passion for pilates became apparent to me after going to some classes with a good friend and noticing my practice become more of a medicine than a pass time.
With an active full-time job on my feet during the day and night, I was encountering pain and tension in my back, shoulders, and many other places I didn't even notice were imbalanced. As I became consistent, I began to notice my body healing and becoming stronger:
In addition to the direct benefits of this practice, I began waking up earlier, eating cleaner, and embracing a lifestyle that is better for my body and mind.
This momentum of healthy changes and uplifting community has inspired me to share my love for pilates with you at Honey Pilates. Cannot wait to flow together!
