Hello Honeys, my name is Erin! I started my career in fashion at the age of 21, working as the assistant to a prominent NY based fashion stylist. It was an interesting and unique experience. Around this time my passion for health and fitness really started to emerge. Throughout the years I danced, enjoyed yoga and mat Pilates. However, as I got older I could no longer dance due to hip and knee injuries and yoga just wasn't cutting it for me anymore. In June 2023, I stumbled upon an instagram post for a dreamy boutique Pilates reformer studio, which was Honey Pilates. Like any girlie does, I had a treat yourself moment and booked my first beginner reformer class.  

Maria taught my very first class! I was instantly in love and felt so much stronger and with no pain! By class three, I thought to myself " why aren't I teaching this to people?" I ran with this thought, deciding to enroll into a classic mat certification course, which I completed through Power Pilates in Manhattan. 

I then went on to get my reformer certification through The Pilates Course at Reforming Pilates in Miami. The experience was absolutely amazing, not only did I learn so much from two amazing instructors but I learned quite a bit about myself! It was life changing having all the pieces click together and now I'm able to do something I enjoy everyday at the place where it all began!!!

In addition to my passion for Pilates, I enjoy making stained glass pieces. I have an organic garden where I grow everything from seed. I'm an avid reader, foodie, art and museum lover. And I love being outside and I love exploring the city just as much as I love sitting on the beach.
