Julia Pane resides in Patchogue with her best friend (a/k/a her husband) and two sport-loving sons (ages 5 and 12).  After graduating from Penn State, Julia worked as a graphic designer in Manhattan’s magazine world. After leaving her last job at Every Day with Rachel Ray, Julia began her “new career” as freelance graphic designer, which afforded her the dual opportunity of working from home and caring for her growing family.

Julia loves all things restorative. Along with design, Julia loves movement and exercise that brings mental peace along with mental and physical challenge, i.e., mental medicine!  To that end, Julia has always enjoyed circuit training and running but, after experiencing several injuries and coming to terms with her “aging” body, Julia has found her home (and solace) in pilates.

In her own words:

“Honey’s reformer pilates has been a game changer for me; giving me that ‘runner’s high,’ without the injuries. I simply love the low-impact challenge that simultaneously brings restoration and rehabilitation to my body and mind. The journey to get reformer certified has brought joy and empowerment - both of which having been misplaced in my life for far too long. Simply put, I feel grateful, blessed, and elated to share the benefits, restoration, joy, and one heck of a whole body workout with y’all(*)!”

(*) As an Indiana native, “y’all” is indeed in Julia’s regular vernacular!
