Ciao ladies, I’m Maria, owner of Honey. With a degree in exercise science, 10 years in the fitness industry and 5 years teaching Pilates, I am THRILLED to be able to put you on a reformer right here in Patchogue Village. The way Pilates brings your body’s imbalances to attention with nowhere to hide is so rewarding. Early motherhood wreaked havoc on my body and I feel so much length, correction and more solid from my Pilates practice. This is why I’ve been passionate about bringing Pilates to Patchogue. I want everyone to have the chance to optimize their body while also feeling great and seeing some wicked results.
