Jump board is an attachment on the reformer where you will be having a higher impact class with a cardio aspect 

-not suitable for-

Acute or serious injuries

Jumpboard exercises require core stability to support the spine while jumping, so people with acute or serious injuries, especially in the lower leg or back, should avoid them. However, people returning from lower extremity injuries may benefit from jumpboard rehabilitation with a doctor's permission and modifications from the instructor.

Chronic back injuries

People with chronic or serious back injuries should avoid jumpboard exercises.

Pregnancy or postpartum

Pregnant or postpartum people should avoid jumpboard exercises because other classes may be more appropriate for their recovery.

Knee or hip issues

People with knee or hip issues, such as replacements, should avoid jumpboard exercises unless cleared by a doctor. However, jumpboard exercises can be low-impact on joints and may benefit people who find other activities painful.

Osteoporosis

People with osteoporosis may not be able to jump due to the risk of fracture.

Chronic medical conditions

People with chronic medical conditions, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes, may need modifications or avoid.

I acknowledge the 12 hour cancellation policy and grip sock policy. Class will be deducted if you do not cancel before the 12 hour mark before class. Studio doors lock 5 minutes after class start time to avoid disruption of class for members, being late over 5 minutes counts as a no show and loss of class.
